Privacy Policy
* Management of Text Data on Editor
The text data that was created by an user is saved to a file, loaded from a file by the document system the Apple provides. Coard Editor uses the contents that took from the document system for only showing.
Sharing the text uses the Share Extension or the Open In the Apple provides.
And also Coard Editor doesn’t do data communication at all.
For this, the contents an user creates are protected with privacy.
* Loading Data on Coard Keyboard
Data Coard keyboard loads are only the states of a keyboard, the settings on the container app, and the screen size of the device. The keyboard doesn’t acquire any other data.
* The Purpose of Using the Custom Text
The function of the custom text key has the purpose of that the user inputs the favorite text through the Coard keyboard. The text data are used in order to load when the keyboard launched. Because any other uses aren’t done, the text data that were registered by the user are protected with privacy.
* Data communication on the entire app
Doing data communication on the entire app is to show the support pages when the “Information” button or “Privacy Policy” button was presed.
Coard hasn’t had the ways or functions that communicates with the outside except the sharing system, the mail system, and the internal browser (UIWebView) that the Apple provides.
* Using the Internal Browser
The internal web browser on Coard is easy browser only in order to show the support pages. Because the support page hasn’t supported “https:”, it has communicated by “http:”. Coard doesn’t relate to the information on the browser at all, and also doesn’t upload anything.
* Sending a Mail to the Support
The function of sending a mail for contacting to the support has used a safety mail sending system (MFMailComposeViewController) that the Apple provides.
Although Coard passes the device’s information and so on, to MFMailComposeViewController when a new mail view is created, Coard doesn’t relate to all operations of after that (creating a message, mail address, etc.) at all.

・エディタのテキストデータの処理
ユーザーによって作成されたテキストデータは、Apple社が提供するドキュメントシステムによってファイルへ保存、ファイルから読み込まれます。Coardエディタはそのドキュメントシステムから受け取ったコンテンツを描画のために利用します。
テキストの共有は、Apple社が提供する共有エクステンション及びOpen Inを利用します。
また、Coardエディタはデータ通信を一切行いません。
このため、ユーザーが作成するコンテンツはプライバシー保護されています。
・キーボードのデータ読み込み
Coardキーボードが読み込むデータは、アプリ本体の設定で登録されたテキスト及びスイッチのON/OFF、起動したデバイスのスクリーンサイズ、キーボードの状態のみです。それ以外のデータ取得は一切行いません。
・テキスト登録の利用目的
Coardで提供しているテキスト登録機能は、ユーザーが好みのテキストをCoardを通して入力することを目的としています。アプリ本体で登録されたテキスト情報は、キーボードの起動時に読み込むために使われます。それ以外での利用は一切行わないため、ユーザーが登録したテキスト情報のプライバシーは保護されています。
・Coardアプリ全体のデータ通信
Coardアプリ全体でデータ通信を行うのは、「更新情報」ボタン及び「プライバシーポリシー」ボタン押下時のサポートページを表示するときのみです。
Coardでは、Apple社が提供するメールシステム、内蔵ブラウザ(UIWebView)を除くデータ通信及びネットワーク接続などの外部と通信する手段・機能は一切設けておりません。
・内蔵ブラウザの利用
Coardのアプリ側に内蔵しているWebブラウザはサポートページのURLを表示するためだけの簡易的なものです。サポートページ側が「https:」に対応していないため、「http:」での通信を行っています。Coard for iPadはブラウザで表示している情報には一切の関与をしません。
また、データ通信時にアップロード処理も行なっておりません。
・サポートへのメール送信
Coardで提供しているメール送信機能は、ユーザーのサポートへの問い合わせを目的とし、Apple社が提供する安全なメール送信システム(MFMailComposeViewController)を利用しています。
Coardはメール新規作成画面の生成時に、端末情報などをMFMailComposeViewControllerへ渡しますが、それ以降の操作（文章作成、メールアドレスなど）には一切の関与をしません。
